As a Laborer at Bayard Construction Group, you’ll be the boots on the ground supporting every stage of the construction process. From prepping trenches and unloading materials to setting up safety measures and assisting the crew, your work keeps our job sites moving and our teams supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with excavation, grading, and utility installation tasks

  • Set up and break down site protection and signage

  • Handle materials, tools, and supplies as needed

  • Support equipment operators, pipe layers, and foremen

  • Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow all safety protocols and direction from supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or site labor preferred

  • Willingness to work hard in all weather conditions

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Eagerness to learn and take direction
